Can I schedule my appointments without printing invoices?

Yes, in our Pest programs the scheduler allows you to create appointments in advance of the service and adjust them as necessary. You can print out a route log or just view them as necessary.  Back to Top

Can I use my existing equipment?

If your equipment is IBM compatible and 286 or higher you can use it on our DOS based systems. You will need a HP compatible laser printer for printing of reports.  To use the new Millennium system, all computers must be at least Pentium 120 MHz with 16 MB Ram and a 500 MB Hard disk.  Dot matrix printers can be used for NCR service tickets if desired.

How long can I keep my customer history?

As long as you want it.  Your customer history is important, so we don't require you to purge it every 6 or 12 months.  As long as you have space available you can keep all your history.  At the same time we allow you to archive inactive accounts to keep your system clean and to automatically purge off dead accounts.  Back to Top

What kind of service tickets do I have to use?

With  PCE you have a number of choices. First you can use our standard laser printed ticket, it an efficient three part form incorporating all of the pertinent customer information including; your logo, current A/R and customer remarks. Or, if you prefer, you can use your own dot matrix NCR form.  If you choose this option you can have up to four different forms for  i.e. commercial vs residential customers.  All dot matrix forms can be customized to put information wherever you desire.  Back to Top

Do I have to pay for a network version?

At PCE we intend to grow with you, we provide single user system for small companies.  Our systems are designed to be fully network compatible from the start. So if you're a small company just starting out with plans of  growing in the near future, rest assured PCE will grow right along with you.  Back to Top

Will it work with Windows, Windows 9X or DOS?

PCE has products that can run under all three platforms.  Whether your current system is running Windows or Windows 9X, or simply using DOS, our products will perform very efficiently under each system or if your network is mixing its computers. Millennium only operates systems or networks that are all running Windows 9X - XP.

Can I print custom letters and mailing labels?

Yes, Compu-Pest allows you to setup custom letters and forms within the system.  Once you've setup your letters you can print them individually from the customer record, or have the system find all the customers meeting your requirements and print out your custom letter to each of them.  Compu-Pest will also print out your mailing labels for your letters or for postcards or other notices.  Back to Top

Will it let me know if tickets aren't returned?

Every service ticket issued from Compu-Pest is identified will a unique invoice number, and is tracked until  the service is completed or the job is canceled.  That way you know if any customer were missed, or  if any tickets were lost after the service was performed.  If the service is rescheduled, then you can just move the appointment and print a new ticket on the new service date. What about past due accounts?

All PCE products have full accounts receivable tracking built right in.  The system will give you all your aging, sales, payments and production reports for any time period specified.  All of your follow-on billing can also be done automatically by specifying how often you would like to rebill your customers.  You can be confident that all your outstanding accounts will always be billed. Can I put my logo on my reports and invoices?

Yes, we can scan your logo and incorporate into your forms and letters, or if your prefer we can use your state association or NPMA logo.  Back to Top

How do I put the diagrams on my reports?

PCE has developed the simplest, most easy to use diagramming system for all Termite and WDO products.  It is mouse driven and has a grid for scale, and has 14 easy to use tools for creating detailed diagrams specifically for your report. Fast, easy, complete.  Diagrams can be done by inspectors on computers in the office or in the field on laptop computers; or the office staff can diagram from a field sheet while typing the report.  Back to Top

Will it tell me where my business comes from?

All PCE systems incorporate a referral source to help you track where your business is coming from. You can get reports for any period of time on just once referral or for all referrals. Now you can find out if that add is generating the sales you expect or which agents are giving you the most work.  Back to Top

What about sales tax?

All PCE systems have the capability to automatically compute the sales tax for your services and give you reports on the sales tax collected for your state reporting.  Back to Top

Do you supply the equipment?

Yes we do supply equipment upon request.  We are authorized partners for IBM computers, Hewlett Packard laser printers, Microsoft networks, HP tape backup units among others.  We have one simple philosophy when dealing with equipment.  Make sure if provides the customer with the best reliability and performance at a fair price.  Back to Top

How do I get updates?

As part of PCE's support program, all of our software is continually being update to include the latest changes in regulations and forms, new technology enhancements as they become available, and most importantly customer requests. Even though we are the leader in pest control software, our customers are the real experts.  We listen to our customers.  They are one of our greatest resource, and provide us with many new ideas that help to make our software better for every other customer.  Back to Top

Does it track my chemicals for me?

All PCE systems have full chemical tracking and reporting built within, including any applicable state forms.  Chemical history can be view by customer, or by technician, or by company.  At your fingertips is all the information you need to answer a customer's request or to supply to a state agency.  Back to Top
